Our coaching & mentoring levels are divided into team coaching and Enterprise level coaching (i.e. Executive & Leadership coaching). Formations like these not only need the resources (time, source, energy) but also a top to bottom and bottom to top developments/approaches. It means both from team level which is the foundation and executive level which is the top level movements are necessary.

Team & Group Coaching

Our intention in group coaching is to produce self-managed & self-organized teams, which every well-performing company wishes desperately. These are the teams who are willing to face changes and perform successfully with responsibility.

To fulfill this purpose we suggest practicing Agile framework. This is something we have acknowledged after many years of case studies & experiences. The framework gives the right approach to achieve customer-focused Value stream through Transparency, Alignment, Team management, and many other elements.

In Agile, communication and open space work culture matter a lot. Unlike traditional methods, here a team can choose which work and how much amount of work it can to do in a certain period of time. In Agile practice, there are many techniques that can empower teams to do so. They can even prioritize work on the basis of  requirements. Continuous feedback with clients in each level of any project makes the team more self-dependent and accurate in decision making.

The Agile framework also values communication over anything. So, we try building leadership teams that could benefit from learning together. Our Agile transformation process initiates with estimating the needs of the team, group and the individuals of the teams that are in preparation to achieve the Shared Vision of the organization.

Our facilitators & coaches do this work with needed skills, the purpose of this assessment is to take the enough time to understand the behavior of the organization more. We call this process as open space meetings or interviews, where we see through the Culture foundation, work Performances, Leadership necessities, number of Change agents, Visions (both personal & professional) etc.

After the assessments, our coaches, mentors, and facilitators train the teams in working together to create solutions for their problems and upcoming changes.

In these training sessions we use Temenos methods to mentor leaders to achieve skills that no business framework can provide -- the skills that help leaders to understand the culture building part of any organization.
