Cancellation & Refund Policy

TEMENOS AGILITY INCORPORATED, TPLUSA TRANSFORMATION ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED & TPLUSA TRANSFORMING ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Temenos+Agility") have a Cancellation & Refund Policy with respect to all courses and events listed on the Website as per the following conditions:

1. All event ticket sales are final.

2. Event tickets are transferable to a future date, or to another qualified person.

If the event ticket is transferred more than once, an additional charge will be incurred:

Implementing SAFe® (SPC) Classes: $500 USD
all other classes: 20% of the purchase price per request

If, for some unforeseen reason, Temenos+Agility must cancel the class, then a full refund will be processed within 15 working days to the original form of payment.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is a part of and incorporated within the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy . As a condition of registering with https://www.visiontemenos.com and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy. You agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Cancellation & Refund Policy, or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all Temenos+Agility services immediately. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
