Yoga at STIA2013

Prepare yourself for a day at the conference by stretching the body and stilling the mind in a yoga session appropriate for practitioners at all levels. These sessions will focus on preparing participants physically and mentally for the day ahead through a variety of stretching and breathing exercises.

Lisa Meece will lead the morning yoga sessions on Friday and Saturday from 6 to 6:45 AM. We hope to see you there.
