The science of happiness.

There is a real science of being happy.And in order to be really happy.You have to understand what's that science. What does it mean actually,  Happiness? 

And the phrase goes ‘I want to be happy’. Everyone wants to be happy,  But who are you?       

Unless you really know who you are? How do you know what's going to  Make you happy and how do you know what happiness really is?   

So of course we have things like there’s a certain Emotion, there’s a  Certain Sensation and there’s a good sensation and good emotions and  As long as you stay away from bad ones, then I am happy. But it goes up  Then comes down and you get tired of sensation. But why?   

Because we are dealing with the externals, we are dealing with the body,  We are not dealing with Ourselves, we are not dealing with our :   

  • Essential.
  • External.
  • Spiritual nature. 

And until we actually come face to face with who We are, we are not really  Going to find essential and external happiness. Real happiness. What's the  Symptom of that happiness?   

Happiness Never decreases, its actually always  increasing, increasing more  And more. So who We are?   

We have to start with the basics of who we are before wanting to plan our lives  Before wanting to be happy we have to know who We are. So our spiritual identity  How do we recognize our Spiritual Identity?   

Well we see that there’s something very Inherent, Intrinsic and non-changing  With in us that despite the change of our body and even so-called external evaluation  of what happiness is, happiness doesn't change.
