After two full days of workshops and presentations, the community has gathered to harvest, expand, and deepen the learning through a day of Open Space dialogues. Participants and presenters will self-organize into containers of learning, with everyone free to flow from conversation to conversation, following their own energy and learning.
Our host Susan Gibson offered this invitation "Today is all about gathering this community for insight and action. The format allows the ideas to percolate. What does it mean? All of the things you've heard. And all of the new things that have come up as a result of being together."
The Open Space guiding principles are:
- Whoever comes are the right people
- Whatever happens is the only thing that could have
- Whenever it starts is the right time
- Whenever it ends its over
- The law of 2 feet: If you are not learning or giving, move on!
