What is Emerging?
As I travel to different lands and communities, I notice the emergence more and more. The nature of this emergence is unique and yet collective. Sometimes it is a powerful flow and sometimes it is weak. Sometimes, it can be pulled and sometimes it needs a gentle nudge.
Who is the Emergence forever patiently waiting for?
This emergence is waiting for us. All of us - Olaf, Christine, me, you, us, they, everyone!
So now we have a new possibility from showing up as leaders:
When the leader shows up and is ready... the emergence will show up!
