With over thirty years of experience in the tech industry — from developer to management consultant, and pioneering Agile Transformation coach and SAFe Consultant to Temenos Facilitator, Susan consistently seeks ways to bring authenticity and compassion to software and product delivery.

Susan works with Fortune 500 companies using Agile and Temenos to activate change and true cultural transformation. As a Temenos Facilitator, Susan also leads transformative 3-day labs that apply these same methodologies on a more personal level. She is a major contributor to Urban Campfire, G Day For Girls, and the STIA-Temenos Conference, as well as speaking at several organizational development conferences around the country. Her gentle insights are always perceptive and she has a knack for bringing together groups of seemingly incongruent teams.

Olaf Lewitz’ purpose is to increase freedom of choice in the world. Olaf provides safe spaces for people to discover who they are and what they want, so that they make good choices. He’s been doing that for decades, as a boy scout leader, software developer, manager, consultant and coach, and found his calling in 2013 as a trust artist. Olaf believes we deserve to love what we do, and be loved for what we do. Olaf and Christine have hosted more than 60 Temenos experiences from hours to days, from a handful to hundreds of people. We want to share and improve with you how to create and hold these containers, to allow more people to discover a clarity of identity and choice. In our TrustTemenos Leadership Academy, we grow a generation of leaders who change organisations in the world into safe spaces for people to show up and to flourish in freedom.

She is a Coach from all her heart and believes in people and their inner wish to be an important part of something bigger. In 2015 she founded the Trusttemenos Leadership Academy in Europe with Olaf Lewitz in the true goal, to help leaders thrive which are able to offer spaces where people can show up fully. She works as internal or external consultant for mid-size companies focusing on finding the heart of the culture, hacking the culture and helping to use the energies of conflicts to transform the culture. Self-management, Self-organization, innovation, collaboration, communication and teamwork are the heart of new work environments which she supports with her work.

She got to know Temenos in the year 2013 and let since then around 60 events in Europe together with Olaf Lewitz from short conference sessions to 3day labs. Temenos became the heart of her work, combined with her systemic knowledge, her tools and her creative abilities. Creating a network of inspiring people around the world to support wholehearted workplaces this is part of her vision.

Beth integrates Temenos into Dakota Resources internal organizational development, on-boarding entrepreneurs into a fellowship program, and weekend retreats she personally hosts for individuals.

I received my MA at Loyola Marymount University and am active in the fields of Art Therapy and Trauma Therapy. I live in Los Angeles, where I pursue interesting and creative opportunities to expand and grow..

Niranjan N V, is a Consultant and Trainer in Agile-Scrum, Scaled Agile Practices, SAFe Framework and with overall 23 years of IT experience. His journey in Agile began in 2007, as a Process Excellence Manager. He started entrepreneur life as an Independent Consultant, Coach and Trainer in 2009. Since then he has travelled across India and overseas training, coaching and mentoring to IT professionals and corporates. As a part of corporate training and public workshops he has trained more than 3000 professionals spanning more than 60 clients.He has presented in International Conferences such as Lean - Agile India 2015, Regional Scrum Gathering South Asia 2015, presented Peca Kucha talks in Agile Tour 2014 on Agile, Scrum and spoken in 18th World Congress for Quality. His workshops are very much appreciated and highly rated by his clients and participants.

In 1994, on an ill-fated day he fell from such a height that caused multiple fractures in upper and lower limbs. The physiological damage was so immense that he was hospitalized for more than 2 years. This unfortunate incident has left his lower limbs completely paralyzed. Nevertheless, his physical mobility is fulfilled with the aid of a wheelchair, which has not limited him from being an efficient professional and effective trainer with a successful carrier spanning more than 2 decades.

With his 22+ years of experience with people and process improvement, Siraj has provided excellent change management coaching and leadership to large and medium sized organizations from all over the globe. He invented several unique techniques under the Temenos umbrella (Influence Maps, Supplication, Exit & Re-entry, Language of Elegance, The Interview, Clean Slate, Cereal Box, Intensive Collaboration & Discovery) that are now used for managing strategic plans and scaling operations/projects at various client locations.

Siraj is also an expert/student of Systems Thinking, Learning Organizations, People Dynamics, Transactional Analysis, MBTI, FIRO(B), Element B, Leadership & Motivation and Team Building. He hosts and facilitates the annual STIA+ Conferences. Siraj completed his MBA in 1992 from BIM and he continues to learn every second! He is currently a PhD student at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He loves poetry, travel, music, books and being with people. He brings tremendous energy and passion to every engagement (woo hoo!).
