When implemented properly and conducted on a regular basis, Portfolio Management is a high impact–high value activity.

Release Planning is a Routine, Program-Scale, Face-to-Face event with a Standardized agenda that includes presentation of Vision, Team Planning, Breakouts. The Release Train Engineer who is the facilitator for Release Planning Events, is an Internal Change Agent. They are the individuals we would work to give them the capability uplifts around the continuing skills to be able to facilitates large group events. The special set of skills that Temenos can prepare the individuals to be able to effectively manage that group of that size.
Product Release Planning is creating the prioritized Backlog. The Cropping for the Event, Clipping the Change Agents to be Facilitator within the event. It helps build the social network that the Agile Release Train depends upon. Identifies dependencies, and fosters cross–team and cross–program coordination.
The “Relentless Improvement” is integral to Agile and Lean Thinking. Relentless Improvement, is one of the pillars of SAFe. One way SAFe instills this is through the Inspect and Adapt(I&A) Planning held at the end of each Program Increment. I&A to a Release Train is what the Sprint demo and Retrospective are to a Team — Regular, Programmatic, Time to Reflect, Problem solve and take on improvement actions identify actions needed to increase the Velocity, Quality and Reliability of the next Increment.
Facilitation is clipping the Change Agents to be able to facilitate the Inspect & Adapt workshop in a large group study. Temenos want to clip the Change Agent to do this practices, so we need to train and coach all Internal, External and Executive Change Agents to be able to do the Facilitation.
Program Innovation and Planning is used to provide an estimating buffer for meeting objectives, a dedicated time for Inspect&Adapt, Release Planning Activities; Opportunity for Innovation, Time for continuing education, time for working on the technical infrastructure, tooling and any other impediments, and time for backlog refinement. Some of the examples includes Workshops, Community Events.
The Innovation Facilitator program can be taken after the basic innovative thinking. It enables the participants to become “innovation consultants”, capable of taking an issue (whether they own it or not), developing an action plan to resolve it and implementing the plan, including the facilitation of any meeting as required. In addition to refining their knowledge of the Ideation process, it enables the participants to develop facilitator skills they can use in any situation. All these Facilitation is done in Temenos by using the Change Agents.
