What happens to us (the recognizer) when we recognize another being is probably as important as what happens to the other being that is the "recognizee"!
Most of the executives I speak to are still trying to decipher this mystery. However, a select few of them pause for a moment...enjoy the mystery ...and then continue recognizing the first person they meet next!
