I speak to executives all the time and this is one of their problems... they do not get feedback!
My view - the true nature of the "feedback" mechanism ...is a mystery to many executives and system participants!
Growth Plus seeks to observe, understand and learn what does "asking for feedback" mean really in a given context? Does the system encourage feedback? Does the culture truly respect feedback givers?
