You will also practice everything you learn with fellow participants, get feedback from the instructor, and receive 10 hours of mentor coaching from a PCC level coach. The course is taught entirely in English and is delivered on-line only using Zoom and Mural.

How This Course Can Help You

The basis of the course is a new framework which combines coaching objectives, coaching techniques, and coaching principles. This framework was developed from years of Agile Coaching and training Agile Coaches. It will help you stay in the coaching mode and support the coachee in coming up with their own solutions. Each of the coaching techniques comes with examples of “powerful questions” that are open-ended and non-leading. Not only can you apply these techniques 1-1, you can also apply them at the team and organizational levels.
