About SoL Global Forum:
Metamorphosis is happening everywhere - at a global level, national level, organizational and individual level. This is a gathering for people from all sectors and regions to share the success stories and challenges of living in a world of under going startling transformation -- and to leave validated, energized and inspired by new connections and possibilities.
The SoL Global Forum 2014 will be AN OPEN INQUIRY for all participants, from individual change agents to large organizations:
What are the transformations happening in our world? What are the underlying structural dynamics we see, beyond all the small changes?
What are the challenges we face in joining this metamorphosis? In what domains? what are the obstacles and resistances?
What can I do - what can we do - as colleagues and as a network of networks - to undertake, support, accelerate our transformation?
We will open with a dialogue among pioneers in the field of organizational learning and new generations of change makers - to explore together the questions and opportunities they are encountering and to share their insight and learning.
We will close with a day of co-created action - discovering partners and alliances to help us work with even greater support and enthusiasm.
