Good News! We Got Dressed Today!

A funny quote from Marilee Adams. "Congratulations! We've all arrived dressed appropriately today!" Her point: questions shape every aspect of our life, including those so mundane, we take them for granted. For example: what will I wear today? What we walk out the door with is literally our answer to the question.

When we think of how we act and behave, how we make decisions and choices, we seldom take the time to reflect on "what question is all my activity trying to answer?" So it's a good idea to slow down. What questions am I asking? The beauty in bringing this to conscious awareness is that it opens us up to the possibility of asking different questions--which in turn leads to the possibility of new behavior.

Question on.
